GBS - World Finance Magazine has just confirmed that Global Business Service has been nominated for M&A law firm of the year 2016 from Vietnam. The votes for this nomination have come to World Finance from the readership on worldfinance.com.
World Finance legal awards are known throughout the financial and mainstream press as the pinnacle of recognition for global firms. World Finance invites readers to vote for projects, firms and organisations that they believe set the bar in combining high quality services with a major emphasis on practical concerns. This information is then combined with internal research and sent to the internal World Finance award selection panel for the final deliberation and due diligence. The awards are a reflection of those at the forefront of the industry who bring both quality of service and best practice to their customers and community.
The World Finance selection panel has used a wide range of criteria to inform its decision over its 2016 awards. Some of the more important factors are as follows:
- Client care
- Sustainable improvements in financial performance
- Legal Expertise in: Corporate transactions.
The award winners will be formally announced in the May-June 2016 edition of World Finance magazine.
"This award demonstrates GBS's strengths in M&A and Legal areas of our business, strategic partnership, management philosophy as well as commitment to services quality. It is a passport to the world.
