Prior to joining GBS, Philip has over ten years working in legal field as business lawyer at top tier law firms, global consulting group and commercial properties company. His broad and intensive expertise covers labor, corporate compliance and M&A transactions.
Philip is in charge of front-office advisory roles where he works on large transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, debt issuances, equity issuances, and restructuring.
Phillip has advised a large number of foreign and domestic clients on their projects in Vietnam in various industries such as renewable energy, healthcare and beauty, food and instant noodles, steel manufacturing, construction, distribution, logistics, fund management, commercial property, etc.
