IntroductionNot since Vietnam’s corporate and investment law were overhauled to prepare for accession to the World Trade Organisation (“WTO”) in 2007 has Vietnam seen as many legal changes as in 2015. A new Law on Enterprises and a new Law on Investment each took effect on 1 July 2015, and represent an effort to harmonize investment and licensing procedures for foreign and domestic enterprises.
Vietnamese visa is a kind of travel documents granted by Vietnamese competent authorities, provides permission to travel and enter Vietnam. An electronic visa (E-visa) is one of visa types issued to foreigners by Vietnamese Immigration Department visa electronic system. Vietnam E-visa is valid for maximum for 30 days, single entry.
